2021
Founded in Falls Church, VA by a small team of inpatient coders serving two regional hospitals.
2022
Launched our CDIP practice in response to client demand for upstream documentation work.
2023
Added virtual and in-person medical scribing for outpatient and primary care practices.

Completed SOC 2-aligned security review and crossed 100 active client sites.
